IT Program Manager- ONSITE in Columbia, SCSYSTEMTEC is seeking a senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in system integration projects at an enterprise level. This is an ONSITE role with flexibility of potentially 1 day / week. Candidates should have extensive experience working in Microsoft Office 365 suite along with hands-on experience leading high-profile IT projects and initiatives.Required Qualifications of the IT Program Manager : Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.Must be comfortable with ONSITE work in Columbia, SC.7-10 years of IT project management experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Supervisory Leadership ExperienceExpertise and deep-rooted knowledge of IT development and implementation projectsSkills in discovery, detailed design, current state, future state, fit gapResponsibilities of the IT Program Manager : Work with IT Leadership and Finance and Operations to confirm priorities, make adjustments as needed, identify gaps, assist with developing and maintaining roadmapAssist program areas with resolving any reported issues.Work with IT Leadership and provide technical support on the projectEnsure Business Requirements are defined and trackedEnsure technical requirements and work breakdown support business requirements.Work with team and stakeholder to identify gaps.Follow and ensure IT Change Management process for system production changes.Monitor activities and user stories in Microsoft DevOpsWork Location : ONSITE IN COLUMBIA, SC.Compensation / Benefits : Full-Time Employment with SYSTEMTEC means a competitive salary paid OT, PTO, holidays, health, dental, disability, and life coverage, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more.
