SYSTEMTEC is hiring IT Client Coordinator in Columbia, SC.
This role will works to support IT work incidents and ad hoc requests. This role will monitor system outages by keeping the customers informed through outage notifications.
Partial Onsite - 2-3 days (Monday & Tuesday) Overtime, On call, Weekends as needed
Required Qualifications of the IT Client Coordinator:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate s degree in any major
Required Work Experience: 5 years I/T related experience to include experience in client relationship, I/S marketing, and process/product improvement
Required Technologies: Microsoft Office Service Now (SNOW)
Nice to have: Windows OS Nice To Have: Infrastructure & Networking (high level) Splunk SolarWinds
Responsibilities of the IT Client Coordinator:
Managing system outages by keeping the customer informed through outage notifications.
Coordinating meetings among various members of IT based on customer requests Notifying IT and Operations of changes (remediations). Members works change sheets, projects, and ad hoc requests Attend Weekly team meetings
