ServiceNow Consultant – Must have active ServiceNow Cert! Hybrid remote/onsite as needed in Greater Columbia, SC area
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with experience implementing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, and SPM. This position WILL REQUIRE ONSITE WORK. Flexible schedules to come onsite as-needed in Columbia are required.

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Consultant:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and third-party integrations to the ServiceNow platform.
- Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance.
- Utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.
- Support the overall incident, problem, change management, asset management, project management, and security processes as needed.
- Onboard additional departments and expansion of IT Self-Service Portal functionality.
- Monitor the overall platform health to proactively identify possible areas of concern, establish and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Work with end users to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Requirements of the ServiceNow Consultant:
Strong knowledge and experience (2 years) managing/developing/administering a large scale ServiceNow environment.
Experience with ITSM and ITIL concepts and Framework
Experience with CMDB
Experience with ITAM
Experience with SPM
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Work Location: HYBRID. Blend of remote and ONSITE WORK IN COLUMBIA, SC.
