System Administrator NOC (Hybrid / On-site)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a System Administrator NOC for a hybrid / on-site opportunity. Candidate must be able to work onsite and must be able to work any shift. Shifts are 10 hours and include weekends and holidays.

Required to be cleared to hold Secret clearance.

Required Qualifications of the System Administrator NOC:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or related IT field OR
• 2 years of experience in Computer, Windows Active Directory, network, and IT hardware support in an enterprise or multi-site IT environment
• Demonstrated understanding of basic routing and switching
• Knowledge of basic networking and routing protocols

Desired requirements:

• Documented experience with the following
• SolarWinds
• Server patching
• SCOM
• SPLUNK
• Experience working in a NOC environment

Responsibilities of the System Administrator NOC:

• Administration, monitoring of enterprise management systems, maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, correcting problems, installing system security patches, patch management, hardware and software upgrades, data storage, data retrieval, backup job creation, backup job modification, backup job verification, data replication, system optimizations, updating documentation, and providing research assistance for problem resolution involving configuration issues or other conflicts
• Knowledge and experience supporting steady-state, enterprise-wide SCCM deployments.
• Experience and knowledge monitoring, supporting and utilizing enterprise management applications and tools such as, but not limited to HP SIM, SolarWinds, CommVault, vCenter, NICE Vision Control Net, EVOIP Nagios monitoring, Aruba, SCCM, SCSM, SCOM, Splunk, Cisco PRIME, Dell OpenManage Essentials, customized SharePoint sites.

Work Location: Hybrid position. On site work is required 2 days per pay period after onboarding. Selectee will need to be on site to onboard for the first 5 days of employment
