In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the right hand to our leadership, managing calendars, communication, travel, personal errands, and high-level logistics. Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage complex personal and professional calendars, including meetings, events, appointments, and reminders.
  • Travel Coordination: Book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Communication Support: Answer phone calls, emails, and messages with discretion and professionalism.
  • Task Execution: Complete a wide range of personal and business-related tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Errand Running: Perform personal errands, manage household purchases, and serve as a liaison with household staff and vendors.
  • Meeting Preparation: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Organization & Administration: Keep track of priorities, assist with project follow-through, and stay two steps ahead of executive needs.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle all matters—personal and professional—with strict confidentiality and integrity.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be willing and available to travel or adjust your schedule to meet dynamic business or personal needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 5 years as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role is more personal-focused than corporate, requiring someone comfortable handling day-to-day errands and executive lifestyle management.
  • Organizational Mastery:
    • Exceptionally organized with strong time-management skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    • Proficient with Mac iOS (iPhone, MacBook), Google Suite, Canva (for simple content or visual tasks), and Trello (for task/project tracking). Able to manage communication, task lists, and calendars digitally and efficiently.
  • Communication:
    • Polished verbal and written communication skills; capable of managing emails, texts, calls, and messaging apps professionally.
  • Adaptability:
    • Comfortable with shifting priorities, frequent schedule changes, and juggling multiple responsibilities across business and personal life.
  • Reliability & Discretion:
    • Trustworthy, punctual, and discreet. Must be comfortable working with confidential information and navigating sensitive situations with grace.
  • Lifestyle Alignment:
    • Must enjoy working closely with executives, love dogs , and be energized by supporting someone’s day-to-day life through thoughtful assistance.
  • Logistics:
    • Must have a valid Florida driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
    • Willing to travel locally and occasionally out of state.
    • Must be an early riser and maintain a flexible schedule.

Job Type

Full-time, in-person. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule

Monday – Friday with occasional Weekend, After-hours, and Travel Work Required – Flexible Schedule Required

Delray Beach, FL. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting.

Compensation

$70,000 – $85,000 per year based on experience, with additional perks and benefits.
