Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety policies and EHS compliance
- Lead and support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
- Manage work orders, track skilled labor, and resolve maintenance issues
- Coordinate with Production to maintain smooth operations
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff effectively
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions
- Oversee parts procurement and inventory management
- Ensure quality standards by monitoring equipment and materials
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with Lean principles, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership in a union environment (preferred)
