Essential Functions
- Welds and fabricates various components used in heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Cuts metal into appropriate shapes.
- Smooths molten metal to remove creases.
- Operates specialized machinery for industrial welding.
- Oversees machines that perform similar tasks.
- Maintains and repairs all machinery.
- Assesses welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
- Selection and setup of appropriate welding equipment and methods based on project requirements
- Maintaining equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Vision requirements for this job include the ability to see clearly at a distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
