Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, coordinate with field agents, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our repossession team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing client inquiries and coordinating with field agents.
- Maintain and update records of repossession assignments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for repossession activities.
- Liaise with financial institutions, providing updates and reports as required.
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching repossession agents.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the auto finance or repossession industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
