Job Description

T&M Associates is seeking a skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into insights and automating business processes using the latest data automation tools and Microsoft technologies.

This role combines expertise in data science, business intelligence, and process automation to drive data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, alongside experience in cloud-based solutions and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Visualization : Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and Microsoft Fabric to create actionable insights from complex data sets.
Process Automation : Design, build, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Logic Apps to streamline business processes and enhance operational productivity.
Data Integration : Implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and integrate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services and Azure Data Factory to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Cloud Solution Deployment : Leverage Microsoft Azure to deploy scalable solutions for data processing, storage, and analysis.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with business and IT teams to understand process improvement needs, and develop solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics for enterprise resource planning.
System Optimization : Continuously assess and optimize data flows, analytics, and automation systems to support long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

8 years of related experience is required. Exposure to managing medium to large scale projects at a Project Management level is highly desired.

AEC or Professional Services / consulting industry experience highly desired.

Related Azure certifications highly desirable. Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate, Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified Fabric Data Engineer Associate, etc.

Expertise in building interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization.

Deep knowledge of automating workflows and integrating systems using Power Automate and Logic Apps.

Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources.

Experience in cloud-based data solutions, specifically Microsoft Azure, including storage, compute, and analytics services.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and exposure to CRM / ERP solutions and their integration with data systems is strongly desired.

Experience building and managing data warehouses, ensuring consistency and accessibility of data for analysis.

Knowledge of creating custom applications for business needs in Microsoft Power Apps.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
