DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete JSA / SOP / Lock Out Tag Out
Read a tape measure to 1/16 (if coordinating materials, or working in Afterworks)
Check the Panel and Stile type, Bevel or Book and Door count
Check the door length, width, thickness, and specs
Check the first and last door using the Mill Copy
Able to do the tooling and calibration
Stand for long periods of time up to 10hrs a day
Able to perform repetitive work up to 10hrs a day
Able to help in other departments as needed
Lifting materials up to 50lbs
Working with small hand tools such as sanders and routers
Must be able to keep up with plant production run rates
Able to Work overtime and weekends when necessary
Read and understand the Work Orders (30days) (Press Tickets / Mill Copies)
a) Learn all materials in Door construction (30days)
b) Accurate Counting of materials
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Able to Work Overtime
Able to Work Weekends
Attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
