You will become part of a team of experts that owns a customer base. No more transferring the customer to another line or representative. You'll be a single point of contact for your customer and provide complete end-to-end resolution.
On Team Magenta we recognize the value of the hard work of our front lines. For this reason, we have decided to increase our Associate Expert wage to $20 per hour nationwide.
