**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information in a friendly and helpful manner. - Operate cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and process returns and exchanges. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and assisting with inventory management. - Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase sales and drive revenue. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of products and services, and be able to answer customer inquiries. - Utilize effective communication skills to communicate with customers and team members. - Supervise and assist with stocking and replenishing products. - Perform basic math functions, such as calculating change and handling cash transactions. - Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the store. **Requirements:** - Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others. - Proficiency with basic math functions and cash handling. - Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting. - Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. **Skills:** - Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Experience supervising others - Proficiency with cash registers - Experience with upselling and cross-selling - Basic math skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to communicate effectively - Experience with stocking and inventory management - Familiarity with a grocery store setting - Cash handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.13 - $15.08 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 40 per week
