Responsibilities

- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while providing value to customers.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
- Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette when handling calls.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Apply basic math skills for inventory management and retail math calculations to ensure accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
