Job Overview
The Sr Program Manager will lead ongoing programs built to enhance the sales process and customer experience. This includes collaborating with the Sales Operations Go-To-Market, Capabilities and Sales Enablment teams to provide post launch support through lifecycle management activities. The person will be responsible for reporting program results and metrics to leadership. A successful candidate can quickly understand sophisticated issues, clearly articulate the impacts to partners, build a creative plan of action and develop an ongoing management cadence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing program strategic direction for sales programs requiring lifecycle management
  • Lead planning efforts in support of various workstreams and key areas of the business
  • Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions to key partners and leadership

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. ()
  • 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management. ()
  • Less than 2 years Wireless Telecom experience a plus. ()

Washington Pay Range : $103,400.00 - $139,900.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
