Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Staff Management:

2. Sales & Financial Performance:

- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management to meet customer demand without overstocking.

3. Customer Service:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

4. Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure the store complies with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Oversee cash handling, security procedures, and loss prevention efforts.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
5. Marketing & Promotions:

6. Problem Solving & Decision Making:
