Job Overview
T-Mobile is looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Senior Manager of Solution Engineering. In this position, you will lead a team of Solution Engineers who provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring seamless sales and implementation processes. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Enterprise segment. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Enterprise segment.
• Lead a team of Solution Engineers in providing technical expertise and support to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders, building trust and credibility through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
