This role requires the creation of customer centric solutions / approaches driven by data analysis, business insight, creativity, and effective communication. This position requires a solid understanding of the ability to create reports, dashboards, critical metrics and data visualization using Power BI and Tableau through advanced SQL. This position will also participate in the development and QA of data collection, as well as administration of standardized reports to be used across business partners.Responsibilities : Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. call centers, SAP, Adobe, & Business Objects).Design, implement, and support modern data solutions with Azure technologies and Snowflake.Create comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management and product working teams.Lead the process of driving and surfacing core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance.Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design.Provide guidance and strategy with data curation, ETL process, leading and supporting complex data pipelines.Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms.Also responsible for other Duties / Projects as assigned by business management as needed.Qualifications : 7-10 years Experience with data intelligence tools (e.g. Azure Data Studio, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, Redshift, Adobe Analytics.7-10 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).7-10years Experience in online e-commerce or on-line support environments.7-10years Experience in advanced SQL, scripting languages such as Python and ETL process to support complex data pipelines.7-10 years Experience with data warehousing methodologies and modeling techniques.Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Data Science or Similar Degree requiredMaster's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Data Science or Similar Degree preferred
