Sr Product Manager, Technical

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, write features or user stories, determine specifications, define long-term product strategy, create the product roadmap, and drive technical delivery end-to-end.
- Define scope for releases/product increments, partner with development, project/program management, marketing, and other key stakeholders to define release schedules, and support/go-to-market activities as needed.
- Own product end-to-end for complex or cross-platform solutions, creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap, including technical vision and capabilities.
- Design and drive end-user product research, partner with business, internal/external stakeholders, and leadership to understand current customer experience, identify areas of opportunity, conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact.
- Work with data scientists to answer complex questions or identify meaningful insights from data, leverage rapid hypothesis-driven testing methodologies and experiments (e.g., paper prototype, A/B testing) to inform direction, prioritize investment, conduct cost-benefit/ROI/NPV analysis to support decision-making, work with stakeholders and follow enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding, anticipate industry trends, direction, innovation, analyze potential impacts or opportunities to customers/product, and incorporate analyses into product processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years' experience in hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company/application/product environment.
- 7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an Agile software product development environment.
- Advanced level understanding of customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile Methodologies: Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools across multiple teams.
- Technical Writing: Strong requirements elicitation and writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
- Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
- Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features, and User Stories that DevOps teams can ingest.
- Product Management: Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as a Product Manager or lead technology role.
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions.
- Communication: Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including executives and non-technical leaders.
- Technology Understanding of platform technologies and components such as security, performance, optimization, API integration.
- Previous experience with products and/or services built on the Salesforce platform.
- DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CT/CD and application of CI/CT/CD in an Agile environment.
- Integration: Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, APIs, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc.
- Knowledge of the full technology stack on which your assigned product runs.
Pay Range:
$130,900 - $236,200
Corporate Bonus Target:
