Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team at T&R Market Inc. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our operations through effective accounting practices. Located 6 miles North of Gallup, NM, on Highway 491, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our business.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports for management review.
• Assist with corporate accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
• Utilize accounting software such as and Sage for data entry and reporting.
• Support tax preparation processes by gathering necessary documentation.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial reports effectively.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
