What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at T&R Properties?
We're seeking Maintenance Technicians that will be responsible for maintaining our apartment communities. We're looking for people with the ability to handle all aspects of maintenance including, but not limited to, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding and painting, and be available for on-call service.
The right candidates will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately and completely.
HVAC certification is preferred (training available for those looking to become certified)
This position requires a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
