T-Rex Solutions is looking to select a GCP Database Architect to support the US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. This effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions to meet the Department of Treasury's enterprise-wide infrastructure needs. The IRS is looking to modernize their legacy SCRIPS tax document scanning application using GCP and Google Doc AI.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and at least 8 years' experience
- Experience with designing and deploying GCP Services
- Experience in GCP storage encryption, data at rest, and data in transit.
- Experience with Open Sourced Web IAM services (Java, REST, and SOAP).
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- IRS experience and/or an existing IRS clearance is highly preferred.
