T-Solutions is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Improvement Specialist to support the NAVSEA’s LEAN Process / Performance Improvement initiatives in the Process Improvement Branch at the Washington Navy Yard. This position is on-site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct studies to identify candidates for process improvement by eliciting the voice of the process, business, customer, and employee.
- Recommend process improvements to leadership based on qualitative and quantifiable objective data compiled during studies.
- Plan, organize, and lead process improvement projects.
- Document the benefits of improvements to the organization.
