Position Summary:
We are seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, preventive maintenance, and on-site repairs for customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Train with lead service engineers during the initial period (duration based on experience).
- Travel to customer locations for on-site service and repairs.
- Visit the office location as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues efficiently.
- Use critical thinking and diagnostic skills to identify machinery problems.
- Communicate effectively with lead service engineers when necessary.
- Perform high-quality machine installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in all repairs.
- Document part usage and order necessary replacement parts.
- Maintain strict safety standards and procedures.
- Utilize service software to accurately document actions, findings, and parts used.
- Submit service reports promptly (same-day reporting required).
- Log service details and provide copies to customers and the office.
- Provide professional customer support and effective issue resolution.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate arrival, progress, and departure details to customers.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training and self-learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized spare parts inventory.
Qualifications:
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to legally operate a company service vehicle or a personal vehicle for company business.
- Proficiency in using computers and job-related software.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minor .
- Familiarity with machine controls and components.
- Ability to read and follow PLC ladder logic.

- Proper safety gear (mask, gloves, eyewear, earplugs) provided as needed.
