Job Position: Med-RN Med/Surg - Tele
Location: Murrieta, CA 92563
Pay Rate: $52.00/hr.
Medical Surgical RN
Shift: NOC
T&T is seeking Medical Surgical Registered Nurses to contribute their expertise in Acute Care settings. Per-Diem and Contract opportunities are available with ASAP starts at top-rated facilities in the Inland Empire.
Responsibilities:
- Admit patients, assess their conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by Physicians.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient progress.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Order and interpret test results, collaborating with Physicians and Specialists as needed.
- Coordinate patient care, communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Document patient progress, including treatment plans, outcomes, and any changes or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Acute Care nursing, with a focus on Medical-Surgical specialties.
- Current California RN license and all required Certifications.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
