Location: Murrieta, CA 92563 | Pay Rate: $52.00/hr.
Medical Surgical RN
Shift: NOC
T&T is seeking Medical Surgical Registered Nurses to join our team. We offer Per-Diem and Contract opportunities with ASAP starts at top-rated Acute Care facilities in the Inland Empire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admitting and assessing patients' conditions.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring vital signs and symptoms closely.
- Operating and tracking various medical equipment.
- Running and ordering necessary tests.
- Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists effectively.
- Charting patient progress accurately.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Acute Care nursing.
- Current CA RN license and all required Certifications.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
