SUMMARY:

Own end to end start and completion of projects. Insure customer satisfaction by insuring timely completion of projects, interface with customers and internal service providers to insure continued progression to assigned project completion date.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own completion of routine to complex projects, provide support for assigned customers
  • E2E process quality assurance (e.g. no sales order no production); Signaling COP for final billing and project closure as needed
  • Coordinate projects (amongst processes), configuring services (amongst service rendering units)
  • Coordinating customer samples inbound requests with warehouses and collect customers' documents
  • Assigning services items to SRUs (kick-off production) using internal systems
  • Conduct customer servey and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating subcontracting process with external vendors (assigning tasks with samples and documents, monitoring progress, collecting work results/deliverables),
  • Ensuring deliverables are provided to the customer and internal teams to proceed with next service of project
  • Work with appropriate profit centers to schedule services and provide accurate completion date to customer
  • Identification of projects ready for final billing and closure
  • Event handling coordination (e.g. retesting, sample failure, project cancellation process)
  • Regular follow-up and reporting on at risk (completion date, exceeded service hours) task/services/projects, escalate as needed
  • Focus on continuous improvement of key KPI’s
  • Regular follow up with assigned customers post-test/ investigation to obtain missing information, documentation or revised samples required to complete evaluations and close projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service through continuous and regular contact with clients for follow-up/updates, responding to inquiries, and researching/resolving any client issues/problems.
  • Track and process client/project/assignments billing for assigned department/group, working with accounting and client to resolve any billing/accounts receivable/credit issues.
  • Support Project Manager Team lead with weekly input to monthly staff forecast report, update for actuals comparison monthly
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities

  • Strong project/time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment coordinating multiple and changing priorities
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, carry out urgent requests and meet deadlines.
  • Must be articulate, professional, and be customer service oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Additional technical expertise in supported department area as needed

Education

High School Diploma with equivalent experience required. Associates Degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum 4 years related experience with HS diploma/equivalent or 0 years experience with Associates degree

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Individual must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with visitors, employees, callers, and clients. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery and computers.

After hours and weekend work maybe occasionally required.
