Main Responsibilities:
- Full Project Estimating and Cost Management
- Production Rates and Crew Size Analysis
- Subcontractor Solicitation and Management
- Budget Development and Control
- NTP to Key Subcontractors
- Document Distribution and Scheduling
- Schedule Development and Kickoff Meetings
- Pre-Con Meetings and Risk Assessment
- Construction Phase Management and Safety Oversight
- Materials Procurement and Company Equipment Management
- Punch List Management and Paperwork Claims
- Warranty Process and Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
- Completion of a Four-Year Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of Five Years Related Experience (Ten Plus Preferred)
- Knowledge of Project Estimating, Materials Costing, and Working with Subcontractors
- A Valid, State-Issued Driver's License
