Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on transportation projects, ensuring top-quality designs and seamless execution.
- Analyze, innovate, and collaborate with senior project leaders to develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Partner with project managers to craft work plans, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
- Create design plans, specifications, and cost estimates that exceed expectations.
- Dive into fieldwork to gather data and assess existing conditions for tailored designs.
- Contribute to client-focused solutions that set new standards in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Education & Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng or EIT status in Ontario (and eligible to obtain full P.Eng license within 12 months).
- Experience: 4 years of expertise in transportation design, specifically Roads Highways projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, plus knowledge of MTO and municipal standards.
- Impact: A track record of delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse, inclusive teams.
