Nature of Work:
T3 Event Rentals is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients to plan successful events, ensuring they have the right equipment, space, and logistics in place. From large-scale corporate events to backyard celebrations, you’ll help clients navigate their rental needs and serve as their dedicated account manager.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess their event rental needs, ensuring all equipment and logistics fit their space and guest count.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate tent placement, venue logistics, and layout considerations.
- Provide recommendations for tables, chairs, linens, climate control, bars, staging, and other rental equipment based on event type and size.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate deliveries, installations, and pick-ups.
- Generate quotes, process contracts, and ensure all rental agreements align with client expectations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, event planning best practices, and local event needs to better serve customers.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and encourage future business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with site visits and evaluating event spaces.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or rental management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to accommodate client meetings and event schedules.
