Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to engage with customers, generate leads, and close deals. This role involves a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts, face-to-face meetings, and virtual presentations via Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with the ambition to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including equipment sales, rentals, preventative maintenance, and fleet renewal services.
- Meet with prospective and existing clients virtually (via Teams) and in-person to present products and services, conduct demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Support outside sales efforts by scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, and closing deals to support business growth.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Process & Sales Growth Management
- Establish and refine sales processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/or in technical, industrial, or material handling markets.
- Proven ability to initiate, manage, and close sales, both remotely and in person.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with leadership potential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
