Pay : $20 - $25 / hour (based on experience)

Job Description :

As a Parts Counterman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the correct parts and equipment they need in a timely manner. You will work closely with the parts department team to support the smooth operation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with identifying and ordering parts for a wide range of agricultural equipment.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts counter, ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Provide technical support and parts recommendations to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the parts team to track inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure parts are available for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales, returns, and inventory transactions.
• Offer exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Assist with the shipping and receiving of parts deliveries as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and inventory updates.
