T3 Sixty has a client who is seeking a Head of Sales in Big Sky, Montana.
The Head of Sales is primarily responsible for operational leadership in the organization, including overseeing the daily operations of the real estate brokerage, ensuring operational efficiency and effective agent support, as well as overseeing and improving the sales process, executing sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving the stated revenue and sales targets. This role will act as a liaison between agents, staff, and leadership to drive the company's success, enhance productivity, and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Performance Indicators
Increase sales dollars / units
Increase profitability of company generated business
Manage operational systems and processes to manage company lead generation and sales
Increase profitability of Big Sky Real Estate
Improve culture and accountability through implementation and improvement of standards and consistent operational processes and systems
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Manage the sales process, sales teams, operations and resources to deliver sales growth using data and analytics.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to inform sales strategies.
Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals and KPIs for the sales organization.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to ensure team members meet or exceed sales objectives.
Track sales metrics, conduct regular analysis, and generate reports for the sales and executive teams, identifying wins and areas for improvement in both sales process and sales performance.
Monitor budget and expenditures related to sales initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the luxury real estate or resort industry
Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and sales management
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets
Successful experience running a leads team
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets
In-depth knowledge of sales technology tools and how to effectively analyze and leverage them / their data
Managing Brokers license in MT or willingness to acquire one within a reasonable timeframe
