We are searching for an experienced candidate for the position of Business Development Research Analyst, in San Diego, CA or Loudoun County, VA
Responsibilities
- Be well versed in conducting research and analysis on government contract opportunities using a variety of resources to include online business development applications such as Deltek GovWin, Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) and USA Spending.gov
- Provide admin inputs to several applications storing information on BD opportunities to include Pipedrive and Monday.com.
- Provide clerical, data support, and analysis for capture management documents.
- Assist in developing responses to RFI’s and RFP’s as requested.
- Provide written reports and verbal presentations as necessary to senior company officials.
- Manage opportunity information and data to assist in tracking and directing capture efforts of the team.
- Maintain opportunity pipelines suitable for review with potential business partners.
- Assist in taking meeting notes then assigning and tracking associated tasks using the Bloom Growth application.
- Other administrative duties in support of the Business Development team as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1 years of experience in a BD administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including generating graphics and reports suitable for executive-level presentations.
- Be a strong team player who can work independently and proactively anticipate requirements.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
