T47 International, Inc is seeking an ID Card Specialist to support the Georgia Army National Guard (GA ARNG) Clay National Guard Center, in Marietta, Georgia. The ID Card Specialist will be responsible for processing Common Access Cards (CACs) and verifying personnel eligibility through DEERS. The identification (ID) card section of JFHQ is vital, as R&R Command sends a high volume of personnel to update DEERS and obtain ID cards, and the office supports the full state of Georgia for all ID card issuance, across all Service components.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
· Perform ID Card and Common Access Card (CAC) Issuance by researching and reviewing source documents, verifying eligibility, and discussing entitlements in compliance with DEERS and RAPIDS policies within 2 business days of request submission.
· Provide a Designated Contract Lead to manage contract employees.
· Conduct Weekly Accountability Checks for CAC-related stock items, including cardstock and printer consumables, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock verification through Issuance Logistic Portal procedures.
· Issue Memorandums of Authorization for DoD Commissary and Exchange privileges within 2 business days of request approval, maintaining a 98% timeliness rate.
· Access and Update RAPIDS Configuration Utilities as needed to ensure system settings remain accurate and functional, completing updates within 1 business day.
· Review RAPIDS System Audit Trails Weekly and investigate security violations in coordination with the Security Manager, maintaining audit files for a minimum of 30 days with 100% compliance.
· Verify Early TRICARE Eligibility for mobilizing service members within 2 business days of receiving documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with TRICARE verification guidelines.
· Input Medicare Part B Data into the system for eligible personnel within 3 business days of receiving documentation, maintaining 98% accuracy.
· Resolve Customer Complaints related to ID card services within 1 business day of receipt, maintaining a 95% satisfaction rate based on feedback surveys.
· Identify and Resolve System Data Discrepancies within 2 business days of detection, ensuring 98% accuracy in data corrections.
· Generate and Submit Weekly Reports to the G1, including ID card issuance statistics and stock usage trends, achieving 100% accuracy.
· Verify College Student Status and Enrollment for dependents requesting ID cards within 3 business days, ensuring 98% accuracy.
· Serve as the State Liaison for DEERS/RAPIDS-related matters with the National Guard Bureau Project Office, completing all liaison tasks within 2 business days of notification.
· Ensure Security of DEERS/RAPIDS Workstations by maintaining 100% compliance with DoD security protocols and implementing security updates within 2 business days of notification.
· Maintain the State Roster of RAPIDS Users by adding roles and updating access privileges within 1 business day of request.
· Request, Delete, and Update DEERS Logon IDs and Security Privileges within 2 business days of request, ensuring 98% accuracy.
· Deactivate and Report Security Violators within 1 business day of detection, maintaining 100% compliance with security protocols.
· Report State Security Manager (SSM) Changes to DEERS security immediately upon identfication, achieving 100% compliance with reporting requirements.
· Maintain Current Site Information including site name, location, phone numbers, and mailing address, submitting updates within 2 business days of receiving new information.
· Register, Process, and Maintain DEERS and RAPIDS Data in accordance with Verifying Official responsibilities, completing data entries within 2 business days with 98% accuracy.
· Perform Routine Operator Maintenance on RAPIDS workstations and printers, including changing lamination and toner, ensuring 100% functionality with weekly or as-needed maintenance.
· Ensure Maximum Protection against compromise or theft of sensitive information stored in RAPIDS, meeting 100% compliance with DoD policies.
· Implement Training and Awareness Programs for RAPIDS security as part of state security training, conducting quarterly sessions with 95% participant compliance.
· Report Information System Security Incidents for RAPIDS immediately upon discovery, submitting reports within 1 business day following Appendix K (Incident Response Plan) protocols.
· Submit Incident Reports to the Identification Card Administration Project Management Office within 1 business day of occurrence, maintaining 100% compliance with reporting requirements.
· Report Unauthorized Access Attempts, System Failures, or Suspected Defects that could lead to disclosure of sensitive DoD information within the same business day of detection.
