Project Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in custodial and facility management services, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of managing custodial teams for facilities exceeding 1,000,000 square feet.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement management and staffing plans that ensure adequate personnel availability and compliance with performance work standards.
- Knowledgeable in quality control systems including inspection procedures, deficiency prevention, and correction protocols.
- Experienced in scheduling work for multiple facilities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
Pay
- $55,000-$65,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire custodial services operation, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Develop and maintain a competent and effective workforce through a robust recruiting and retention strategy.
- Enforce a Quality Control Plan (QCP), conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions to prevent performance deficiencies.
- Establish and maintain a transparent and efficient work schedule to ensure all facilities receive the necessary custodial services.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are available and in adequate quantity to meet contract requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
