Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control management within the custodial services industry.
- Expertise in establishing and overseeing quality control systems, including setting quality standards and conducting inspections.
- Familiarity with the common level of services and performance standards within large-scale custodial service operations.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Pay
- $55,000-$65,000
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with the PWS requirements.
- Perform and document regular quality inspections, ensuring that all custodial services meet or exceed established standards.
- Train custodial staff on quality control measures and conduct regular briefings to update them on best practices and procedural changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
