T47 International, Inc is a seeking an Interstate Transfer Coordinator to support the Georgia Army National Guard (GAARNG), at the Clay National Gaurd Center, in Marietta, GA. The Interstate Transfer Coordinator is responsible for managing state-to-state transfers of Army National Guard members, ensuring compliance with federal and state policies. This position is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for ARNG Soldiers, both enlisted personnel and commissioned officers, who wish to transfer between states. The individual in this role will be solely responsible for managing all aspects of interstate transfers for the GAARNG. This includes close collaboration with Enlisted Personnel Managers, Officer Personnel Managers, unit representatives, other states, and NCOICs across battalions and brigades to facilitate smooth transitions for Soldiers. Specific areas of responsibility are designated through written and oral instructions. In-depth knowledge of ARNG recruiting, retention operations, officer career management, and Army regulations regarding transfers is critical.
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Requirements
Manage Interstate Transfers (ISTs):
· Coordinate and process ISTs for GAARNG enlisted personnel and officers within 5 business days of receipt.
· Maintain 98% timeliness and accuracy in IST processing.
Collaborate on Assignments:
· Work with Enlisted Personnel Managers, Officer Personnel Managers, unit representatives, and NCOICs to ensure proper IST assignments.
· Complete assignments within 3 business days, achieving 100% compliance with ARNG regulations.
Facilitate Outgoing ISTs:
· Coordinate with gaining states/territories for seamless Soldier transitions.
· Complete documentation within 5 business days of transfer notification.
Verify Medical Standards:
· Work with medical teams to confirm incoming Soldiers meet ARNG medical standards.
· Schedule reviews within 3 business days of identifying concerns, ensuring 100% compliance.
Confirm Reporting of ISTs:
· Follow up with units to verify Soldiers report to new duty assignments as scheduled.
· Complete follow-ups within 5 business days, ensuring 98% accuracy.
Manage IST Documentation in iPERMS:
· Upload all required source documentation within 2 business days of receipt.
· Maintain 100% compliance with iPERMS documentation standards.
Coordinate Separations & Non-Reports:
· Work with separation authorities when Soldiers leave the state or fail to report.
· Ensure compliance with Army regulations, completing coordination within 3 business days.
Provide Expert Guidance:
· Interpret enlistment and commissioning criteria for organizational leaders.
· Respond to inquiries within 5 business days.
Process Denial Memorandums:
· Ensure memorandums are signed and coordinated with the losing state.
· Complete within 5 business days, maintaining 98% accuracy.
Support Recruiting & Retention Development:
· Provide professional development for Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) staff.
· Deliver development plans quarterly, with 95% satisfaction from participants.
Conduct IST Briefings:
· Prepare and conduct quarterly briefings, emphasizing officer integration strategies.
· Achieve a 95% attendee satisfaction rate.
Analyze Transfer Trends:
· Prepare quarterly reports on state-to-state Soldier gains/losses.
· Maintain 98% accuracy in reporting.
Conduct Market & Demographic Analysis:
· Perform semi-annual studies to identify officer recruitment opportunities.
· Ensure 98% accuracy in findings.
Draft and Edit IST Publications:
· Prepare recruiter and officer management materials relevant to ISTs.
· Submit drafts within 5 business days, ensuring 100% compliance.
Manage IST Correspondence & Documentation:
· Process and manage all IST-related documents within 3 business days of request.
· Achieve 100% accuracy.
Ensure Personnel System Proficiency:
· Utilize personnel systems to identify IST positions and organizational needs.

Monitor Transfer Trends & Incentives:
