Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop and maintain support to project managment team
- Coordinate project resources and logistics
- Manage project documentation and administrative processes
- Keep records for book keping, licenses and insurance
- Interact with vendors and subcontractors documentation
- Facilitate communication between contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare and distribute project reports
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate project records
- Process invoices and track project expenses
- Manage subcontractor documentation
- Support procurement processes
Qualifications
Bilingual
Educational Requirements
- Professional certifications preferred
Professional Skills
- 2-5 years of construction project coordination experience
