Job Description
Pay: $70k-$75k
At TA Services, we strive to continually provide our customers with the high level of service and convenience they’ve come to expect in a changing world. A key part of this mission is ensuring we have optimized technology solutions, systems, and processes — and to do that, we need a qualified and dedicated business solution analyst. Preferred candidates will be skilled at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to solve company problems. The solution analyst will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Qualifications
- Learn TA Services core systems and the various business units to understand what challenges are faced that a business solution can be designed and implemented for
- Work with the team(s) to design, configure, and develop strong business processes supported by technology systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and solving application issues as they arise
- Assist in receiving, analyzing, and providing input to system enhancement requests made by its users to assist in the decision-making and approval process.
- Assist in documenting the business applications for business continuity
- Assists with defining, organizing, controlling, and protecting software applications
- Ask educated questions and listen to customers to determine the root cause of issues
- Assist in educating the support team or teams on the various applications and systems.
- Use of knowledge to monitor and advise of systems end of life and continually seek future proofing existing applications or research new ones.
- Working knowledge of the principles of computer programming and systems analysis, design, testing, and documentation
- Working knowledge of the general operating principles and capabilities of computer hardware and software
- Working knowledge of software reference libraries and related utility programs
- Working knowledge of computer security systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of computer networking and telecommunications
- Knowledge of various programming languages and ability to learn and adapt as technology changes
