The Premium Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Department with ongoing activities which include pricing strategy and implementation, channel sales optimization, operational support across trade marketing and sales.

Overview
The Premium Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Department with ongoing activities which include pricing strategy and implementation, channel sales optimization, operational support across trade marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
- New Pricing implementation: own the process and system implementation.
- Channel sales analytics: help identify sales opportunities by channel to define target settings.
- Reporting: track performance data and write ad hoc reports.
- Administrative support: process ad hoc expense reports, new account applications and other administrative responsibilities related to sales.
- Assists with organizing & executing sales events by liaising between internal departments such as marketing, trade marketing, and field sales team members.
- A ssist with the onboarding and administrative aspects of the new hire process.
- Plan and organize annual convention & regional sale meetings.
- Liaise with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, HR, IS, Legal and other internal departments on all aspects of the commercial operations and special projects pertaining to the product portfolio and internal documents processes and procedures.
- Provide support at industry trade shows, consumer marketing events, multi-manufacturer events, etc
- 4 years of work experience
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Outlook applications
- Strong work-ethic, flexiblity, and willingness to get the job done and be solutions oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Travel required 25%
- Cigar experience is a plus
- Work Environment/Conditions:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to smoke or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/ or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
