Role Overview:
As an Event Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, and selling our balloon decor services to events, parties, and celebrations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Sell balloon decor services to events, parties, and celebrations.
Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update company databases and client files.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their event needs and provide customized solutions.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Monitor inventory and order office supplies as required.

Qualifications:

2 years of sales experience, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
