Steady Shift 10am to 3pm Saturdays
Dishes must be washed, coolers stocked, potatoes scrubbed and chopped. You will plate desserts for take out and dine in orders, as well as scoop gelato for interested guests. Lots to do, never a dull moment.
You will work under the direction of the lead cook and the owner.
Summary
In the role of Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, reporting directly to the Head Chef. Your core responsibilities will include bussing and cleaning dishes, while your relevant skills in food preparation and handling will support the culinary team in delivering high-quality meals. With experience in food service and catering, you will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations. Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and handling
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
- Previous , or catering environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

- Understanding of banquet service and food service protocols

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
