Key Responsibilities:
- Route Management:
- Receive daily delivery routes and review them for efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive refrigerated trucks along specified routes to deliver frozen pizza products to supermarkets.
- Ensure timely deliveries and maintain a schedule that accommodates each supermarket's receiving hours.

- Customer Interaction:
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service at each delivery stop.
- Address and resolve customer concerns at the point of delivery and report back any serious issues to management promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supermarket staff and management.

- Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the refrigerated truck to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and equipped for the day’s deliveries.
- Report any vehicle maintenance concerns or safety issues to management immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic and highway safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role; experience driving refrigerated trucks is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Brooklyn and surrounding area road layouts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
