Cash Handling and Security
The Cage Cashier at Table Mountain Casino Resort is responsible for managing cash transactions, tracking inventory, and maintaining the security of the Cage area. This critical role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Your responsibilities will include processing various types of cash transactions, issuing employee banks, and controlling assigned assets. Additionally, you will provide prompt and courteous service to both internal and external guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions, including redemptions, exchanges, and jackpot payouts
- Issue and drop employee banks
- Control and safeguard assigned assets
- Reconcile and verify cage inventory
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Cage area
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of one year of cash handling experience, preferably in a bank teller role. You must also be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is necessary, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask are also essential for success in this role.
