Responsibilities:
- Understand player rating criteria, Club benefits and the Casino Management System.
- Set goals for players club representative’s and staff in regards to new Club member enrollments.
- Provide daily shift reports to Player’s Club Manager.
- Responsible for accurately maintaining member data of the Club by use of computerized Casino marketing software.
- Monitor all transactions made in regards to Players Club coupon redemption and points validation.
- Issue complimentary services according to guidelines set forth by the Players Club Manager.
- Assist the Players Club Representatives in accurately inputting player information into the tracking system.
- In absence of the Group Sales team, provide support to the bus program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Human Resources.
- Two (2) years gaming experience in other related casino operations and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, guest service, leadership, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills are required.
