What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Technician FT position at Table Mountain Casino Resort?
Purpose of Position :
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain slot machines. Ensure that all Slot Machines are up and running during course of the shift.
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all EGM cabinets (cleaning / vacuuming, calibrating touch sensors, checking button functionality, inspecting aesthetic appearance, etc).
- Clear acceptor and printer jams.
- Navigate game menus to access gameplay histories, and read pay tables.
- Maintain an understanding of job responsibilities and department policy and procedures.
- Assist in loading, unloading, moving, breaking down and setting up slot machines as required.
- Change basic machine parts as necessary (buttons, printers, validators, monitors).
- Respond to Kai service calls in a timely, efficient manner.
- Communicate issues to Lead Technicians and Supervisors as necessary.
- Communicate with Bench Technicians of any inventory needs in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience :
Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
