Job Description:
">The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages, managing orders, and providing accurate transactions in a timely and pleasant manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver exceptional guest service by obtaining orders, serving food and beverages, and providing accurate transactions.
- Efficiently execute orders, manage bills, and process payments in a timely and pleasant manner.
- Prepare food and beverages according to prep sheets and standard recipes.
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and prepare food based on business volumes and direction from supervisors.
- Ensure cash-handling practices align with Casino-wide policies and procedures.
- Verify the age of bar guests who appear under 30 and inspect their ID.
- Follow recipes, control portioning, and maintain an inventory consistent with proper portion control.
- Count cash, separate charge slips, and prepare bank deposits.
- Keep dining areas clean and well-maintained throughout shifts.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment and display cases.
- Organize work areas for efficient guest interaction and safety.
- Assess guest needs and recognize opportunities for purchase.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
