Purpose of Position:
To create impressive, professional and dynamic video, photography, and social media content through strategic campaigns that inform and engage. Conceptualize and execute all video and social media content.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for internal and external video execution in all phases of concept: pre-production, production and post-production editing.
• Lead marketing presence strategy on all social media platforms, as well as creating content calendars.
• Demonstrate proficiency in capturing, analyzing and reporting social media analytics.
• Offer strong editorial judgment. Use knowledge and discretion to ensure accuracy of content posted and responses.
• Plan and execute the production of all internal/social media video filming.
• Responsible for all on and off photography and photo booth needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing team on promotional and event ideas.
• Assist at on and off property events when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required, unless otherwise waived by Executive Management.
• Two (2) years of creative, digital, production, and/or social media work experience within a business setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Mac, and a working knowledge of Adobe creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience with photography and video equipment, including the latest in editing software is preferred.
