Position Details
TaborStreet℠ is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator responsible for providing administrative services for TaborStreet℠ to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial operations. This role will work with vendors to resolve any issues and ensure transactions are handled appropriately. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented person who enjoys managing transactions, problem-solving with numbers and preparing financial data in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Duties
Performs daily processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure company finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner, including sorting, scanning, and coding to appropriate systems daily.Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Delivers and transfers invoices to stores to code for payment.
Handles vendor inquiries regarding payments, remittance information, past due invoices, etc.
Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and issues
