We’re looking to hire a Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure new clients are successfully integrated into the company’s products and services. This role requires a strong background in project management and IT, preferably with experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
The position is primarily in our NYC office from Monday to Thursday, with remote work available on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing onboarding strategies: Design and execute effective onboarding strategies to integrate new clients into the company’s products and services seamlessly.
- Understanding client needs: Learn about new clients’ needs deeply and determine how the company’s offerings can best meet those needs.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, confidence, and success with our services.
- Educate Clients on Products/Services: New clients should receive comprehensive education on effectively using the company’s products and services.
- Coordinating with internal teams: Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Managers, Support, and Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client experience.
- Identify Improvement Areas: Continuously assess and enhance the onboarding process, implementing changes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction as needed.
- Monitor and Report Progress: Track and report on new client progress throughout onboarding, providing regular updates to internal teams and management.
- Travel as Needed: Be prepared to travel to client locations when necessary to facilitate a successful onboarding experience.
